This study explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to assess the quality indicators of university systems in Iraqi higher education institutions. It aims to investigate the extent to which AI can enhance the quality of academic and non-academic services provided to students, based on their perceptions. The descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted, with a sample consisting of 25 students from the College of Economic Sciences at Al-Karkh University. Findings revealed a moderate level of AI algorithm implementation in evaluating service quality. No statistically significant differences were found based on gender or academic program, while significant differences emerged in favor of postgraduate students regarding academic qualifications. Furthermore, the study confirmed a statistically significant role of AI domains in improving service delivery and decision-making processes in university settings. The research concludes by emphasizing the importance of leveraging AI algorithms to optimize administrative efficiency, enhance service quality, and support strategic planning in higher education institutions.
