This paper presents a structural methodology for extracting the "Core Belief (FQ)," the gravitational center of thought, which serves as the initial activation module of the Thought OS in the Kakushin Structural Theory. The FQ is defined as a structurally persistent belief that underlies all cognitive orientation and meaning selection, appearing in the form of questions but functioning as a deeper structural conviction. This study clarifies the nature of FQ as a pre-question structural reaction, positions it within the Thought OS architecture (as the lowest layer and initiator), and classifies it into three directional types. It then proposes four extraction techniques: Structural Pressure Logging, Question History Mapping, Meaning Selection Retrospective, and FQ Interview via AI dialogue. Finally, it introduces a structural checklist to verify the authenticity of the extracted FQ and distinguishes between borrowed beliefs and self-formed convictions. This paper aims to make the FQ structurally observable and actionable, thereby providing a foundational model for philosophical design, education, and human-AI co-creation.
