Student Conduct Monitoring and Sanction Management System is designed to automate the monitoring and management of student behavior in a learning institution. The current manual process of monitoring offenses and issuing sanctions is prone to inefficiencies, mistakes, and delays, which the proposed system aims to rectify. Through the inclusion of automated processes, the system allows for more efficient and accurate recording of student behavior, which enhances transparency and accountability. Its primary characteristics include automated recording, real-time tracking, and systematic imposition of sanctions, which collectively improve the overall conduct management of the institution. The system supports administrators, faculty members, staff, and students through precise, prompt, and readily accessible data to facilitate more effective decision-making. It also reduces the manual documentation workload, eliminates the possibility of human error, and facilitates internal communication. Additionally, it provides a uniform framework for evaluating and dealing with various types of student misbehavior. Descriptive study strategies are employed in the research, while user-centered design principles are followed to ensure that the system fulfills the needs of the intended users. By streamlining the conduct management process with modernization, the system contributes to the enhancement of a more disciplined, better-organized, and responsive culture of learning in line with the mission of the institution to uphold high academic and behavioral standards.
