The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for constructing hybrid models of organizational risk management, driven by contemporary challenges in the external and internal business environment. The study substantiates the necessity of moving away from traditional, static risk management models that fail to account for the complexity, interdependence, and dynamism of modern threats. The concept of hybrid risk management is clarified, and an original interpretation of a hybrid model is proposed- understood as a structurally hierarchical system that integrates various approaches, including the systemic, process-based, risk-oriented, and productive ones. Key methodological principles and tools for building hybrid models are identified, with particular emphasis on ontological modeling, component-based design, and digital analytical platforms. A classification of implementation forms for hybrid models is presented, along with their advantages and limitations. The study offers recommendations for the design and implementation of hybrid models, as well as an algorithm for their development, which includes iterative construction and a modular structure combined with feedback mechanisms. The article highlights the potential of hybrid models as adaptable, scalable, and digitally integrated systems for risk management and outlines the need for further academic and practical elaboration of the topic in the context of digital organizational transformation.
