This study is devoted to the analysis of the impact of digitalization on the structural changes of the Russian labor market in the context of the technological transformation of the economy. The key trends of the digital transformation of industries, the formation of new professional competencies and changing requirements for the qualifications of employees are considered. Based on statistical data and economic indicators, structural shifts in employment have been analyzed, industries with the greatest potential for digitalization and the associated risks of technological unemployment have been identified. The study demonstrates the uneven nature of digital transformation in various sectors of the Russian economy and regional imbalances in adaptation to new technological conditions. Recommendations for improving government policy in the field of labor market regulation and human capital development in the digital economy are proposed.
