Venture Studios as Market Infrastructure for Innovation: Forecasting the Transformation of Venture Capital Ecosystem

The article examines the venture studio model as a promising institutional format capable of transforming the architecture of the venture capital market. Based on the analysis of structural and operational characteristics of venture studios in 2023, and using scenario forecasting methods, hypotheses are formulated regarding their evolution until 2025. A quantitative forecast of key indicators is presented: number of studios, startups, proportion of projects reaching Series A stage, average development time and investment returns. The study demonstrates that at current growth rates and institutionalization conditions, venture studios can establish a stable position in innovation infrastructure. The authors provide recommendations for model development, including industry specialization, platform automation, implementation of performance metrics and integration with government and corporate structures. The results have practical significance for investors, strategic customers, public innovation policy developers and venture studios themselves.
