The opening of global low-altitude airspace and the development of general aviation technology have made the low-altitude economy a new engine for the transformation and upgrading of regional economies. Agricultural drones, as the core application carrier in the agricultural field, are reshaping the traditional agricultural production model. However, agricultural drones still face challenges such as technical bottlenecks, lack of standards, and insufficient industrial chain coordination in the low-altitude economy. This article conducts research from three aspects: technological breakthroughs, industrial synergy, and enabling effects. Technically, precise operation, autonomous navigation, energy and payload technologies enhance the capabilities of agricultural drones. Industrial collaboration encompasses innovation along the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, cross-industry data integration, and policy and standard support. The enabling effect is reflected in promoting the transformation of agricultural production efficiency, precise allocation of resources, ecological protection and diversified development of the rural economy.
