In order to meet the needs of industrial design and human comfort, energy consumption in air treatment processes is increasing, and it is imperative to seek low-carbon and environmentally friendly air treatment technologies. In order to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning systems, this paper proposes an indirect evaporative cooling (IEC)–liquid dehumidification heat exchanger that combines indirect evaporative cooling (IEC) technology and solution dehumidification technology and establishes a model. By solving the established model, the results show that under different conditions of air temperature, air moisture content, wind speed, solution concentration, and channel length, the lowest temperature and moisture content at the primary air outlet are 9.8 g/kg and 23.3 °C, respectively, with a maximum enlargement coefficient of 8.7 and a maximum total heat transfer coefficient of 309.7 W/(m2 K). The importance order of parameters affecting the total heat transfer coefficient is s, T1, d1, δ, v, and H.
