This paper investigates the commodity value chains of agroforestry in South Asia, with a specific focus on India and Bangladesh. It explores structural barriers, market inefficiencies and institutional gaps through case studies and regional analyses. By examining current marketing practices, identifying constraints and proposing innovations such as contract farming, cooperative models and digital integration, the study provides a framework for enhancing the value of agroforestry value chains.
