The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work stress and emotional intelligence on work-life balance among Generation Z in Blitar. This research employs a quantitative method and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The subjects of this study consist of 100 workers in Blitar, aged between 18 and 27 years old. The results of the study indicate a negative effect of work stress on work-life balance and a positive effect of emotional intelligence on work-life balance among Generation Z workers in Blitar. This is supported by the T-test values of -8.747 and 1.706, and an F-test value of 52.438, with an R Square value of 52%. This means that work-life balance is influenced by work stress and emotional intelligence, while the remaining 48% is influenced by other factors.
