Information and Communication Technology (ICTs) are used in many industries, but libraries and information centers gain greatly from their application. A sufficient number of professionals with the necessary technical qualification and skills must work in libraries in order to offer users relevant and efficient information resources and services. College Authorities as they take an interest in developing their libraries by providing funds, infrastructure, skilled staff, and regular staff training to update their knowledge about changes in the field. This study focuses on the Implementation of ICT in College Libraries of Affiliated to Bangalore University and Bengaluru City University of Bengaluru City, The goal of the study is to know more about the use of ICT and the level of knowledge among college librarians in Bengaluru, Karnataka, about ICT-based services. College librarians were given structured questionnaire to complete to gather data. The study covers information on librarians' ICT proficiency, preferred sources that they use. training and orientation programs for improving their skills, challenges encountered when implementing library automation, services, and few recommendations for improving librarians' knowledge and abilities.
