Improvement of State Policy in the Sphere of Increasing the Efficiency of Human Capital in the Agrarian Region of the Republic of Tatarstan

The relevance of the study is due to the prospect of increasing the sustainability of the socio-economic development of the region. In the context of technological modernization of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, it is necessary to develop initiatives within the framework of state policy concerning the development of professional competencies of personnel, their adaptation to innovative changes and increasing labor productivity. Object of the study: state policy in the field of human capital use in the agricultural regions of the Republic of Tatarstan. The objective of the study: to determine the priority areas for the development of state policy for human capital management in the agricultural regions of the Republic of Tatarstan. Research methods: literature and publication analysis, statistical method, induction and deduction, tabular and graphical constructions. Scientific novelty of the study: systematization of the methodological foundations for the use of human capital in agricultural regions, identification of problems in human capital management in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Tatarstan, development of areas for improving state policy in the field of increasing the efficiency of human capital in the Republic of Tatarstan.
