The article is devoted to the study of state support mechanisms and incentives for investment in innovative labor-saving technologies in agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the context of labor shortages and an aging rural population, the relevance of implementing such technologies is increasing. The article analyzes the effectiveness of existing state support measures, identifies problematic areas, and suggests ways to improve the investment incentive system. Particular attention is paid to an integrated approach that includes financial, informational, and educational measures. Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework, surveys of agricultural producers, and comparative analysis with other regions and countries, proposals have been developed to improve the effectiveness of state support and the economic effect of the introduction of labor-saving technologies has been assessed.
