In the current conditions of the construction industry development, the digitalization of construction organization processes is becoming a critically important factor in increasing the efficiency of project management. One of the promising areas of implementation of digital technologies is the use of a set of application programs "Digital Integrated Preparation and Modeling of Construction Organization Processes". This complex provides the opportunity for comprehensive automation of preparatory and execution stages, ensuring data integration, process modeling and optimization of solutions in the field of construction management. The practical implementation of the set of programs allows for a multi-level approach to the organization of construction processes, which includes the development of digital models of objects, analysis of technological and logistical schemes, as well as forecasting costs and resource provision. In combination with modern project management methods, such as BIM technologies, artificial intelligence and big data, digital solutions contribute to reducing risks, improving control over the performance of work and increasing the overall productivity of the industry. A feature of the proposed approach is the implementation of a system of integrated information flow management, which allows for effective coordination of the actions of all participants in the construction process. This includes the development of a single digital platform for interaction between designers, contractors, customers and regulatory authorities. Thanks to the implementation of such solutions, it is possible to significantly reduce the impact of the human factor, shorten project implementation times and optimize the use of material and financial resources. The Digital Integrated Preparation and Modeling of Construction Organization Processes program package also provides for the possibility of automated analysis of alternative scenarios for the execution of construction work. This makes it possible to choose the most effective options for organizing processes that meet technical and economic criteria. In addition, the implementation of such technologies creates the prerequisites for the transition to an adaptive construction management strategy, which allows for a prompt response to changing conditions of design and production activities. Within the framework of digital integration, special attention is paid to ensuring data reliability and its protection from unauthorized access. The use of blockchain technologies and distributed registries helps to increase the level of transparency and trust between project participants, and also prevents possible corruption risks. Additionally, digital tools allow to automate the processes of monitoring the quality of work, which ensures the compliance of design documentation and actual construction results. The practical implementation of a set of application programs in the construction sector is an important step towards increasing the competitiveness of the industry at the national and international levels. The use of digital technologies allows to ensure the flexibility and adaptability of construction organizations, to increase the level of resource management and to minimize losses associated with inefficient work organization. At the same time, digital management methods contribute to the development of innovative models of cooperation based on the principles of openness, integration and data exchange.
