This study aims to examine the influence of performance expectancy and facilitating conditions in behavioral financial technology intention on MSME actors in grocery stalls. This study also examines the role of financial literacy moderation in the relationship between performance expectancy and facilitating condition on the behavioral intention of P2P fintech adoption. The research method used was a survey with questionnaires to 231 respondents who are grocery store owners in Greater Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, and East Java who have P2P fintech. The analysis was carried out by the SEM method using the Smart PLS program. This study shows that Performance Expectancy (PE) has a positive and significant effect on the Behavioral Intention (BI) of Fintech P2P, Facilitating Conditions (FC) has a positive and significant effect on the Behavioral Intention (BI) of Fintech P2P and financial literacy is proven to strengthen the influence between performance expectancy and facilitating conditions for behavioral intention. This research is expected to be an empirical foundation in designing a strategy for developing P2P fintech services that are more effective and inclusive for MSME actors, as well as making a real contribution to improving financial literacy and digital technology adoption in the micro business sector.
