In this work, we propose a novel global governance structure—the Federated Earth Civilization Model—as a solution to the deep-rooted conflicts between cultural identity, national sovereignty, and global unification. Drawing inspiration from both historical confederacies and speculative literature, this model envisions Earth as a unified civilization comprising culturally autonomous zones, each retaining its own legal and traditional integrity, while participating in a planetary council that governs shared existential concerns. The proposed structure aims to preserve cultural diversity without sacrificing global coherence, enabling humanity to transcend divisive paradigms and redirect collective efforts toward scientific exploration, deep space missions, and the philosophical pursuit of survival and meaning. This conceptual architecture not only addresses geopolitical friction and ideological deadlocks but also lays the foundation for a mature planetary civilization. We argue that this model is not merely a utopian construct, but a logically inevitable stage in civilizational progression if humanity is to survive and thrive as a cosmic species.
