Thought is no longer confined to the interiority of individuals. Once the Thought OS functions as a Collective OS operating across multiple people, the next structural question becomes: Can social institutions themselves function as thought? This paper explores how Thought OS can be implemented, fused, and autonomously sustained within real-world systems such as education, organizations, and democratic institutions, using a three-phase model: structural transplantation, functional integration, and structural autonomy. Going beyond the conventional idea of "applying thought to institutions," this work proposes a paradigm shift where institutions themselves leap, generate meaning, and act as autonomous Social OS. By implementing Thought OS within social systems, we unlock new pathways for societal self-evolution and accelerated collective intelligence. This structural reconception redefines the relationship between human beings and institutions, marking an ontological shift where society is no longer governed by thought, but rather, thought becomes society’s operating system.
