The purpose of the study is to clarify the concept, nature and role of Rites in the philosophical system of Confucius, thereby determining its position and meaning in Confucianism. This study is based on the hypothesis that Rites is not only a system of ethical norms but also has a profound philosophical nature in maintaining social order. To achieve the set goals and hypotheses, the article focuses on analyzing the role of Rites in social organization and management, maintaining social order; Rites in personality training, guiding people to a harmonious and stable society. To achieve the set goals, the study uses basic methods such as analysis and synthesis, history - logic, comparison, and approach to political and social philosophy. This study not only contributes to clarifying Confucius's political and social thoughts but also provides a scientific perspective on the method of organizing and managing society based on the foundation of ethics and rituals.
