Using a qualitative approach grounded in a literature review, the study identifies barriers such as stress, professional isolation, lack of awareness campaigns, stigma surrounding mental illness, and limited access to psychological services. As a response, the research examines initiatives aimed at fostering a supportive organizational culture, implementing corporate well-being programs, adopting flexible policies, providing emotional support, promoting training, leveraging technology strategically, and encouraging employee engagement. The study highlights that management practices centered on emotional health care are essential for creating healthy and sustainable work environments.
