The personnel policy of institutions of physical culture and sports is aimed at guiding their activities toward ethical goals. It is based on the principles of liberalism and tolerance. Its foundation also includes humanism and the pursuit of justice. An important aspect is the development of independence and individuality. The personnel policy promotes self-realization in professional activities and provides for the formation of an effective hierarchy and system of authority. A significant role is assigned to the organization of effective communication, which contributes to the development of social contacts. The purpose of this study was to theoretically substantiate and clarify the methodological principles of management in the field of physical culture and sports, to identify effective management approaches to the organization and development of this industry in the context of modern socio-economic challenges. The methods of achieving the above goal were the analysis and generalization of scientific literature and practice, system analysis, comparative method, method of logical generalization. In the process of research, the concept of "organization" was detailed. The functions of "organization" were clarified and the features of the organization's activities in the field of physical culture and sports were revealed. At present, organizations in the field of physical culture and sports must have ethical codes and instructions. This will help employees and managers to act and make decisions based on the analysis of ethical standards. Today, a manager in everyday work must not only comply with laws, but also with ethical requirements, which will increase the level of responsibility to society.
