Generative AI has been widely applied in areas such as product design, decision support, and marketing, and has become a major trend. This paper primarily investigates the application of AI in startups, as well as the opportunities and challenges it presents. The study mainly adopts the method of literature analysis, exploring the advantages of AI in product innovation, business decision-making, and marketing, as well as the potential threats it may pose, such as data privacy concerns and the negative impact of overreliance on AI on human creativity. The conclusion drawn is that startups should establish appropriate usage guidelines when adopting AI technologies to ensure a balance between responsibility and innovation, thereby achieving sustainable integration and application of AI.
