This article analyzes the bidirectional relationship between job satisfaction and organizational climate in contemporary business environments. A systematic literature review was conducted to identify key factors and challenges. The current context, marked by globalization and technological advancement, demands effective management of human talent and a positive work environment for organizational competitiveness. Challenges such as resistance to change, the need for strategic leadership, and improvements in internal communication persist. The methodology employed a systematic documentary analysis of 78 academic sources, including specialized articles and books, published between 2015 and 2024, from databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, RedALyC, SciELO, and EBSCO. The findings reveal a favorable organizational climate, with effective communication and empathetic leadership, directly influencing staff satisfaction. Satisfied employees increase productivity and talent retention. Continuous training, the promotion of adaptive cultures, and ethical leadership were identified as strategic keys. It is concluded that investing in talent management and strengthening the organizational climate is essential for business success.
