INTEGRATION OF IoT AND BIG DATA FOR MONITORING AND ANALYZING THE OPERATION OF CNC MACHINES

The article examines the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data technologies into production processes, especially in the context of numerical control machines (CNC). The main focus is on solving the problems of inefficiency and high failure rates in production through data analysis and process automation. The role of IoT in creating networks of interconnected devices for monitoring and managing production processes in real time is described. Issues such as cyber security and integration with outdated hardware are also being addressed.
