The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between transformational leadership, employee job satisfaction, work environment, employee work performance, work motivation, and transformational leadership, as well as the relationship between work motivation, employee job satisfaction, and transformational leadership. Furthermore, this study will examine the correlation between work motivation, employee work performance, and transformational leadership. This study method is quantitative and uses surveys to collect data. Data is collected through online platforms, especially social media, through questionnaires. Questionnaire items are evaluated using a Likert scale that ranges from 1 to 7. The direct random sampling method was used to ensure that a total of 480 senior hospital employees participated as respondents. The research data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and software provided by SmartPLS 3.0. The analysis test is divided into several components, starting with a validity assessment, followed by a reliability evaluation, and ending with a hypothesis examination. The results of this study show that transformational leadership has a beneficial and substantial impact on employee job satisfaction. In addition, the work environment has a beneficial and substantial impact on employee satisfaction and job performance. In addition, work motivation has a beneficial and substantial impact on employee satisfaction and job performance.
