This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the absorption of female labor in Mataram City. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data from 2010 to 2024 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The independent variables used in this study include the average length of schooling for women, married women, age, and minimum wage. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of EViews software. The results show that the average length of schooling, age, and minimum wage have a significant effect on female labor absorption, while married women do not have a significant effect on female labor absorption. Simultaneously, the average length of schooling for women, married women, age, and minimum wage have a significant effect on female labor absorption.
