This study investigates the ways in which educational policies impact socioeconomic inequality on several continents. The design and implementation of educational programs have a substantial impact on socioeconomic disparity worldwide, both favorably and negatively. Policies that support fair access to high-quality education can lessen inequality by empowering people to develop their human capital and lowering their dependence on socioeconomic status. On the other hand, socioeconomic inequality can be made worse by policies that produce or worsen differences in educational opportunities and results. Social inequality has a big influence on education because it causes differences in outcomes, quality, and access, which frequently prolongs poverty cycles and restricts social mobility. Underfunded schools, a lack of resources, and poor early childhood education are some of the obstacles that disadvantaged children must overcome, which lowers their academic performance and increases their dropout rates. Thus, social instability is exacerbated, and the formation of a trained workforce is impeded. The study shows measures that provide targeted support for disadvantaged groups, inclusive curricula, and equitable funding frequently minimize social mobility and achievement discrepancies.
