After the Cold War, India-Russia relations have undergone drastic changes and movements under the influence of many factors. This article is going to clarify the impact of the Pakistan factor on India-Russia relations in the period 1991 - 1999. The research results show that, through each historical period, the impact of the Pakistan factor on India-Russia relations is two-sided.
