Logistics in the textile industry faces a number of challenges, including seasonal demand fluctuations, complex product nomenclature, import dependency, and volatile supply chains. In this context, the digitalization of logistics becomes a critical factor in enhancing operational efficiency, transparency, and control. The aim of the article is to examine key digital tools used in the logistics of textile enterprises—WMS, ERP, RFID, IoT, and computer vision—and to identify the main barriers to their adoption. The methodological basis includes industry case studies, analysis of logistic structures, and assessment of the effects of automation. The role of ERP systems is substantiated as a central element integrating logistics with sales, production, and demand forecasting. Practical recommendations are offered to overcome staffing, financial, and technological barriers. The article concludes that the transformation of textile logistics requires a phased, adaptive, and systemintegrated approach.
