In the modern age, with the ever-evolving scientific and technological advances, the role of the teacher is changing. It acquires a multidimensional character. The modern educator needs continuous training in order to successfully respond to his difficult task. The present study explores the views and attitudes of Primary Education teachers regarding their management training. The sample consists of 215 teachers. The research is based on quantitative data collection and analysis and the questionnaire was used as a tool. The results of the research show that administrative training is necessary for all teachers, executives and non-executives. Teachers say they are not happy with their management training, express their desire to attend relevant programs in the future, and believe that their management training contributes to improving the efficiency of the school unit.
