This research paper attempts to identify and analyze the basic views and attitudes of primary school teachers about their training needs in the modern educational context and to relate them to their scientific and professional development in the light of the upcoming staff evaluation. Given the correlation of the results of the evaluation process with educational actions of an improvement nature, teachers are invited in this research to express their views on the characteristics and mechanics of these educational actions but also to state their own positions, as professionals and scientists. for the value and usefulness of the evaluation process for their development but also for the operation of the educational system as a whole.
