This study examines the organizational structure changes implemented by PT. PLN UID East Java to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity within the company's Human Capital Management Directorate. The restructuring involved dividing the division into three main entities: Strategy Human Capital, Talent Development, and Human Capital Services, each tasked with distinct responsibilities aimed at improving human resource management and service delivery. Using a qualitative research approach, insights were gathered through interviews with an assistant manager from the Surabaya Human Capital Services division, shedding light on the implementation phases and impacts of the organizational changes. The findings highlight significant improvements in operational efficiency, collaboration, and workplace dynamics, albeit with associated challenges in training and adapting employees to new roles. The study concludes that while effective organizational restructuring can yield substantial benefits, careful and comprehensive implementation is crucial to mitigate potential drawbacks and maximize desired outcomes in adapting to dynamic internal and external environments.
