Innovative clusters are an important tool for stimulating economic growth and increasing the competitiveness of regions in Russia. This article examines the role of innovative clusters in the process of regional development in Russia. The main concepts, problems and prospects for creating clusters, as well as their impact on the economy and social structure of regions, are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of practical examples of successful Russian clusters, identifying the factors of their effectiveness and obstacles to development. It is concluded that the development of innovative clusters is a strategically important area of state and regional policy, contributing to the modernization of the economy and the integration of regions into global innovation networks.
