This article analyzes the supervisory function of the prosecutor’s office in ensuring the housing rights of minors. Based on legislative provisions, constitutional norms, and legal acts on the prosecutor’s office, the author reveals the significance of this institution. At the same time, the article examines scholarly views regarding the protection of minors’ housing rights, provides the author’s reflections on them, explores the experience of foreign countries in this area, and analyzes the possibilities of incorporating such practices into national legislation.
