Significance. Rural areas are characterized by the high cost of establishing and maintaining infrastructure for medical care, difficulties in attracting and retaining medical personnel, and socio-economic difficulties. Preventive medical examination and the first stage of medical examination of certain groups of the adult population in such areas are carried out by mobile medical teams. In the case of the organization of the second stage of medical examination or when referring a patient for additional examination outside the scope of medical examination, there is a low commitment of patients associated with the need to travel a long distance to receive medical services on the basis of a specialized medical organization, difficulties in making an appointment with a specialist doctor. Since 2019, a set of measures aimed at supporting and improving the quality of life of older citizens has been implemented, including providing affordable qualified medical care in rural areas. Improving the organization and management of medical care for the population living in rural areas remains an urgent topic of research in the field of healthcare organization. Purpose. To evaluate the effectiveness of interdepartmental cooperation in the conduct of preventive measures for residents of rural areas of the Amur Region using the example of the Blagoveshchensk Municipal District for 2022-2023. Materials and methods. The analysis of 880 outpatient medical records of patients who underwent medical examinations in 2022 and 2023 was carried out. Research methods: content analysis, statistical, analytical, organizational experiment. Results. In 2023, the number of examined patients increased by 57.4% compared to 2022. Patients aged 60-74 years are most responsible for their health. The greatest number of deviations from the reference values was revealed in the study of the cardiovascular system. Diseases of the nervous system and diseases of the circulatory system were more common in the structure of the newly identified pathology. A systematic approach to the organization of medical examinations of certain groups of the adult population of remote settlements, with the involvement of the regional executive authority in the field of social protection of the population, increases the effectiveness of medical measures. The examination of patients within the framework of an individual research program developed by a general practitioner ensured maximum coverage of the rural population with preventive medical examinations and increased the coverage of outpatient follow-up for people with chronic non-communicable diseases, as well as for older age groups. Conclusion. Interdepartmental cooperation has made it possible to reduce the time spent on examination, increase the popularity and accessibility of preventive medical measures for the population, and achieve their greater effectiveness. The interaction of regional executive authorities in the field of health protection and social protection of the population allows the healthcare system to respond in a timely manner to changes in the health status of an individual patient, and to rationally use the resources of a medical organization when identifying certain socially significant non-communicable diseases.
