Significance. Organization of mobile work of doctors is aimed at ensuring and increasing the availability of medical care to rural residents. Accessibility of medical care in rural areas is determined by the peculiarities associated primarily with remoteness from the medical organization and transport accessibility. This issue has been solved for many years through the use of mobile units and forms of work of medical organizations. In this regard, it is highly relevant to study the use of mobile units of medical organizations to provide medical care to residents of rural areas. Purpose. To conduct a dynamic analysis of the intensity of use of mobile units of medical organizations, including in rural areas for the period from 2019 to 2024. Materials and methods. Statistical data of the reporting form of federal statistical observation No. 30 “Information about the medical organization” for the Russian Federation and federal districts for the period from 2019 to 2024 were used. The study analyzed the activities of itinerant forms of work in terms of the implementation of medical outpatient reception of patients. Analytical and statistical methods were used in the research process. Results. It was revealed that in the Russian Federation various types of mobile work of doctors are used to improve the accessibility of medical care to rural residents. Mobile forms of work of doctors are used in all subjects of the Russian Federation. Over the past six years, the intensity of use of all mobile forms of medical care has been increasing. The average annual load per mobile medical outpatient clinic has increased by 5.6%, and per mobile medical complex and brigade - by 29.8% from 2019 to 2024. Analysis of the load of mobile units by federal districts of the Russian Federation showed significant differences in their utilization. It was revealed that rural residents in the framework of mobile work of doctors receive medical care in 75.6% of cases by means of a medical team, in 56% - by a medical outpatient clinic and 67.4% - by a mobile medical team and a mobile medical complex. Conclusions. In the constituent entities of the Russian Federation there has been a significant increase in the provision of mobile complexes. At the same time, the intensity of their use has increased, which may indicate an increase in the availability of medical care mainly for rural residents. Scope of the results. The results of the study may be of interest to health care organizers, practicing physicians, residents and graduate students of medical schools.
