The findings were that: available e-learning instructional facilities in the study area were below average in provision and maintenance with mean score of 1.32 and 1.22; stakeholders’ involvement in maintaining facilities is low with 1.21 mean score; goal achievement of the colleges of education in the study area is on average with the mean score 2.78; and relationship exist between inclusiveness in managing e-learning instructional facilities and goal achievement of teacher education (r= 0-.64; p-value 0.01 < 0.05 sig). Hence, the study concludes that joint management among the stakeholders of e-learning instructional facilities in terms of provision and maintenance is imperative for achieving the set goals of teacher education.
