Partnerships are vital for non-profit organizations seeking to expand impact, leverage resources, and build long-term sustainability. Yet, without structured agreements, partnerships can quickly falter due to unclear expectations, resource disputes, or lack of accountability. This Teaching Paper introduces two adaptable templates for partnership agreements: a General Partnership Agreement and a Specific Project Partnership Agreement. These frameworks provide organizations with practical tools to define objectives, clarify roles and responsibilities, manage resources, and establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. By formalizing partnerships, organizations not only protect themselves legally but also foster trust, transparency, and efficiency in collaborative efforts
