Capacity building has become a cornerstone of sustainable development in developing countries, equipping individuals, organizations, and communities with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to address complex social, economic, and environmental challenges. This article synthesizes the essential dimensions of capacity building: contextual analysis, needs assessment, partnerships, cultural adaptation, strategic approaches, resource mobilization, implementation, sustainability, ethics, and innovation.
