This article examines five core strategies for capacity building in developing countries: human resource development, organizational development, community engagement, institutional strengthening, and the integration of innovative technologies. Drawing on case studies from Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Malawi, Vietnam, Tanzania, Cambodia, Ghana, and India, the article highlights best practices and lessons learned. It argues that strategies must be tailored to local contexts, supported by strong governance, and sustained through continuous monitoring, evaluation, and adaptation.
