The article analyzes the balance and economic sustainability of tourism in Kyrgyzstan. The paper examines key aspects of the development of the tourism industry, its role in the country's economy, as well as the challenges faced by the sector in the context of global and internal changes. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of statistical data on tourist flows, tourism revenues, as well as the impact of external factors such as the geopolitical situation, the pandemic and climate change on the sustainability of the tourism industry. The article presents current trends and issues, including tourism seasonality, uneven distribution of tourist flows, as well as environmental and social challenges. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed to improve the sustainability and balance of the tourism economy of Kyrgyzstan, including the development of off-season tourism, the introduction of sustainable tourism programs and infrastructure improvement. The work is aimed at assessing the potential of tourism as an important element of the economic strategy of Kyrgyzstan and its sustainability in a changing external environment.
