The preliminary design of the Student Housing was based on a thorough understanding of the social and technical aspects involved. It prioritized prefabricated elements and environmental comfort to create a technically feasible complex suited to Palmas' climate, showcasing the connection between conceptual and technological bases. Construction techniques were integral from site planning to interior optimization. Though technically driven, architectural decisions considered the social aspect of student housing. The surrounding environment and terrain topography were carefully studied, influencing the decision to omit walls and promoting urban humanization. The mature and coherent design process reflects individual effort, resulting in a socially relevant architectural, landscaping, and urbanistic proposal.
