The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed Human Resource Management (HRM) from a traditional administrative function into a strategic partner that drives organizational growth. Digital HR services, such as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), online recruitment platforms, payroll automation, employee self-service portals, and performance management systems, have enhanced the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of HR processes. These tools not only reduce manual workload but also provide employees with greater convenience, flexibility, and accessibility. The increasing expectations of today’s workforce, particularly millennials and Generation Z, for quick, user-friendly, and mobile-enabled HR services have further accelerated the adoption of digital HR practices. This study focuses on examining how digitalization improves HR service delivery and contributes to employee satisfaction. It seeks to understand employee perceptions, experiences, and acceptance of digital HR services, while also identifying the challenges that organizations face in implementing these technologies.
