The cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Srpska is a special example of international cultural cooperation, given that they are political entities of different ranks (a state entity and an entity within Bosnia and Herzegovina). The specificity and privilege of the cultural relations between these two entities is motivated primarily by cultural and identity reasons, which have significant security implications, both for the security of these two entities and their citizens, as well as for regional and international security. The paper explores the cultural cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Srpska primarily from the perspective of its connection with the concepts of hybrid warfare and strategic culture.
