Strategic planning remains vital for organizational success, yet the disruptions of the last decade—ranging from the COVID-19 pandemic to rapid digital transformation— demonstrate the need for leaders to embrace agility and resilience over static planning models. This paper examines contemporary approaches to organizational strategy, highlighting the importance of environmental assessment and issue identification in uncertain contexts. Case studies of Amazon, Tesla, and Chick-fil-A illustrate how agility, innovation, and values-based leadership allow organizations to adapt and thrive amid global challenges. Integrating a biblical perspective, the study draws on scriptural principles of foresight, stewardship, and servant leadership as timeless guides for modern organizations. Leaders like Joseph and Nehemiah modelled resilience and discernment in times of uncertainty, offering lessons that remain relevant today. Ultimately, strategic agility rooted in biblical values provides not only a framework for organizational survival but also a pathway for sustaining mission integrity and service to communities.
