This paper presents the design, construction, and optimization of a novel magnetic propulsion system based on 100 nested cylindrical layers; each embedded with Halbach array spheres arranged in pentagonal mounts. The system aims to achieve high-efficiency thrust through constructive magnetic field stacking, with potential applications in aerospace propulsion and advanced robotics. Detailed calculations of magnetic field strength, mechanical layout, material requirements, construction time, and cost are provided.
