New taxonomic, diagnostic and faunistic data for 32 species of six genera of Anthophagini Thomson, 1859 from the Eastern Palaearctic Region are provided. Three species are (re-)described and illustrated: Geodromicus turnai sp. n. (China: Xinjiang), Lesteva (s.str.) spergata sp. n. (China: Anhui), and Trichodromeus haarlovi (Scheerpeltz, 1961) (Afghanistan). Geodromicus frigidus Smetana, 1968, G. smetanai Shavrin, 2018, Lesteva (s.str.) fluviata Champion, 1920, L. (s.str.) jaegeri Shavrin, 2012, L. (s.str.) steeli Lohse, 1982, L. (s.str.) torrentum Cameron, 1924, and Trichodromeus penicillatus (Reitter, 1900) are illustrated by habitus photographs. Fourteen species are recorded for the first time: G. chinensis Bernhauer, 1938 from Jiangxi and Yunnan (China), G. frigidus and G. sibiricus Bernhauer, 1915 from Liaoning (China), G. kashmirensis Cameron, 1930 from Ladakh (India), Hygrodromicus cimicoides (Cameron, 1941) from Himachal Pradesh (India), H. himalayicus Shavrin, 2021 from Koshi (Nepal), H. reitteri (Scheerpeltz, 1933) from Tajikistan, H. shaanxiensis Cheng, Li & Peng, 2021 from Sichuan (China), Lesteva (s.str.) brevimaculata Ma & Li, 2012 from Fujan (China), L. (s.str.) fluviata from Gandaki and Koshi (Nepal), L. (s.str.) jaegeri from Koshi (Nepal), L. (s.str.) nova Bernhauer, 1902 from Tajikistan, L. (s.str.) somsa Shavrin, 2021 from Kyrgyzstan, and L. (s.str.) steeli from Himachal Pradesh (India).
