This paper focuses on the employment quality of higher vocational education graduates, comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward the promotion strategies. Social factors, economic situation, industrial structure and social cognition affect employment; There are some problems in the school, such as the talent training mode is out of touch with the market and the practical teaching is weak. Students themselves have some shortcomings such as weak awareness of career planning. In order to improve the quality of employment, the government needs to improve policies and regulations, increase investment, promote the cooperation between industry and education and supervise the market; Schools should deepen the reform of talent training mode, strengthen practical teaching and teacher construction, and improve employment guidance services; Enterprises should strengthen cooperation with schools, participate in personnel training and improve internal mechanisms; Students should establish a correct concept of employment, strengthen self-planning and improve their professional skills and comprehensive quality.
