The study examines the impression of supply chain management (SCM) on organization. Efficient SCM practices, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships, have important role in implementing operational work capability, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Using a quantitative research approach, data was gathered from various fast foodstuffs outlets in targeted area to analyze how SCM strategies influence key performance indicators such as profitability, service quality, and customer retention. The findings suggest that effective SCM leads to improved operational performance, reduced waste, and enhanced competitive advantage. The study highlights the importance of integrating modern SCM techniques, such as digital tracking and demand forecasting, to optimize supply chain processes. These insights are valuable for restaurant managers seeking to enhance efficiency and sustainability in a highly competitive market.
