Lintas Utara Village in Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau has significant economic potential, especially in the production sector of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) and derivative products such as coconut dregs sticks. However, utilization of this potential is hampered by infrastructure problems, limited market access, and low levels of community skills and knowledge. The aim of this service is to identify and overcome these obstacles in order to support sustainable village development. Interviews, observation, and document analysis are all part of the qualitative descriptive technique with case studies that is being employed. The activities' outcomes demonstrate that enhancing infrastructure, strengthening community capacity, and developing digital marketing networks are very necessary. In conclusion, the right strategy can optimize the potential of Lintas Utara Village, improve community welfare, and encourage sustainable village economic growth.
