Abstract Drilling is an important means to realize oil and gas exploration and development, but a large amount of waste is generated in the drilling process, and with the release of new environmental regulations and standards, the environmental hazards are still prominent. This thesis improves the technology of testing and analyzing the environmental performance of drilling waste, and tests and analyzes the environmental performance of drilling fluid additives commonly used in the Jilin Oilfield and drilling waste; Carries out the research on the technology of curing treatment of drilling waste, and optimizes the appropriate curing agent and dosage by evaluating the indoor effect of the curing agent; Develops the equipment of curing treatment of drilling waste and carries out the test on site, which greatly simplifies the curing treatment process of drilling waste. The process of drilling waste curing treatment has been greatly simplified. The technology has been tested in more than 200 wells, forming a set of mature drilling fluid waste treatment technology, and the treated waste meets the requirements of environmental protection emission, effectively solving the problem of solid phase storage and disposal.
